Job Title: Desktop Support Technician (Windows 11 Deployment, Imaging)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with experience in Windows 11 deployments, desktop imaging, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will provide onsite technical support, perform device deployments and upgrades, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support IT operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, image, and configure Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
Provide onsite support for hardware, software, and application-related issues.
Handle incident resolution, break/fix support, and service requests.
Perform device refreshes, upgrades, and hardware lifecycle management activities.
Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems and assist with root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Tier II/III support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools such as SCCM/MECM, Intune, or Autopilot.
Required Skills:
Experience with Windows 11 deployment and desktop imaging.
Knowledge of SCCM/MECM, MDT, Intune, or Autopilot.
Strong desktop, laptop, and peripheral troubleshooting skills.
Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Healthcare, hospital, or clinic IT support experience is a plus.
