Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Agile Product Owner Certification (Required).
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning activities.
• Strong knowledge of Agile ceremonies and product lifecycle management.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience mentoring Agile teams and promoting Agile best practices.
