Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with Salesforce expertise to join a high-visibility digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, drive product strategy, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Product Owner for Salesforce initiatives and enhancements.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
- Own and manage the product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities.
- Collaborate closely with business users, Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and QA teams.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure alignment between product roadmap and business goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform capabilities.
- Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate UAT activities and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Provide regular status updates and communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and product backlogs.
- Ability to create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed teams and enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Salesforce Product-related certifications.
- Experience in Telecommunications domain preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and ecosystem products.
- SAFe Agile experience is a plus.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients
