The Merchant Payment Services Market Manager is responsible for business development and sales within the Small Business and Branch Banking segment, focusing on developing a pipeline of opportunities and executing sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and manage a pipeline of opportunities with companies under $2.5M in revenue
- Execute targeted merchant sales strategies and successful campaigns
- Report on activity and progress toward objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and bank partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2–3 years of relevant sales experience
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Strong sales acumen and pipeline management
- Deep knowledge of payment processing and merchant services
- Experience with Salesforce and POS systems
- Excellent communication, customer service, and collaboration skills
- Proven track record of achievement, motivation, and integrity
