AVA Consulting is seeking a Bilingual Admin - Japanese Language
Location: Saline, MI

Company Background: Our client, a major employer in the area, is looking for a Bilingual Admin to be part of its team in its North American operations.
Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain Monthly Development costs Reports (Manhours and Expense tracking). Including communication and coordination cross functionally
- Executives Schedule Manage
- Travel arrangements for team of <15 members
- Translation jobs as necessary
- Maintain small vehicle fleet <20 vehicles including scheduling with users and arrangement of routine maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong Japanese Language Fluency
- MS Office (i.e. Excel Skills)
- Ability to drive vehicles (e.g. to dealership, to gas station, etc.)
- Self-Motivated
- Strong Customer Service Capability
