Client is looking for the below JD:

• Expert in Genomic Epidemiology (GE) and Advanced Molecular Diagnostics (AMD)
• Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Communicable Disease Surveillance
• Knowledge of SQL, Linux, and data-sharing infrastructure
• Understanding of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and interoperability standards
• Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Assess the current lab and epidemiology data-sharing environment
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Design a future-state roadmap
• Create an implementation plan
• Work with lab, IT, and public health teams
