Job Description & Summary:
Senior leader to drive GCC-led transformation across asset and wealth management value chains, focusing on operating model redesign, scalability, and digital enablement.
Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise-wide AWM transformation programs
Drive front-to-back transformation across fund, portfolio, and client operations
Design GCC strategies, TOMs, and governance structures
Enable efficiency and innovation via GCCs
Client & Growth
Build CXO-level client relationships
Lead deals, proposals, and transformation initiatives
Drive business growth and opportunity development
Practice Building
Develop AWM GCC transformation playbooks
Build and mentor high-performance teams
Mandatory skill sets:
AWM domain (fund accounting, wealth, portfolio operations)
GCC transformation and operating model design
Stakeholder management and commercial expertise
Preferred skill sets:
GCC Consulting
