Bluesight is adding to our BDR team, seeking enthusiastic Business Development Representatives to work closely with the sales team and marketing to develop new business opportunities. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through lead generation and establishing value-based customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' of experience in BDR role for a SaaS company
- Strong communication and time management skills
