AANSEACORE is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist – APIs to help translate API strategy into compelling messaging that drives awareness, adoption, and customer value. This role will collaborate with various teams to promote API capabilities across the CCH platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop clear positioning and messaging for APIs, platform integrations, and ecosystem capabilities
- Create compelling value propositions for customers, partners, and developers
- Support go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for API launches, enhancements, and new integrations
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to understand API capabilities and translate them into customer-focused use cases
- Create and maintain API-focused marketing content, documentation, and technical resources
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence related to APIs, tax & accounting platforms, and SaaS ecosystems
- Drive API adoption through targeted marketing campaigns and ecosystem expansion initiatives
- Develop sales enablement materials, integration playbooks, partner case studies, and technical marketing collateral
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams with API messaging, integration value propositions, and technical content
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships
- Manage multiple API launches and cross-functional marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Developer Marketing, or Technical Marketing within a B2B SaaS or platform environment
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, platform ecosystems, or developer platforms
- Strong understanding of API concepts, including endpoints, authentication, workflows, integrations, and automation
- Experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategies for APIs, platforms, or integration products
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value and customer messaging
- Experience creating both developer-facing and business-facing content
- Knowledge of API documentation tools and integration frameworks
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
- Strong competitive analysis and market research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience within Enterprise SaaS, Tax, Accounting, Finance, or related industries
- Familiarity with platform ecosystems and partner integration strategies
- Experience developing ecosystem value propositions and partner marketing programs
- Knowledge of developer communities and API adoption best practices
