Workforce Application Consultant (Technical/Functional)

Remote (USA)
6+ Month Contract (High possibility of extension)

We're looking for an experienced Workforce Application Consultant with strong hands-on configuration and client-facing consulting experience to join a dynamic implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure Workforce Suite (setup, workflows, calculations, screen layouts)
Develop complex formulas and business rules
Perform unit and system testing
Support data migration and go-live activities
Deliver configuration training to clients
Mentor team members and review deliverables for quality
Gather client requirements and drive successful project delivery
Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams

Required Experience:
5 7 years of Workforce Suite configuration and support
Strong Technical/Functional consulting background
Experience with client implementations and production support
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Required Certifications:
PT-101 & PT-102 (PT-103 is a plus)
