Cloud-Enabled IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist 3 to join our team in Metro Atlanta. This dynamic role is a hybrid of traditional IT support and cloud/automation operations, managing critical business applications and infrastructure.

• Location: Conyers, GA (Must be local to Metro Atlanta)
• Interview Mode: In-Person Only

Key Technical Skills Required

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess strong experience in the following areas:

1. Cloud & Automation

• AWS & Terraform: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using AWS CLI and Terraform for automation and environment provisioning.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Ability to maintain, design, and optimize scalable, cost-efficient internal cloud applications.

2. Systems & Networking

• Active Directory: 2+ years managing Active Directory, including DNS, DHCP, and Local/Group Policies.
• Network Troubleshooting: 3+ years resolving TCP/IP and basic network connectivity issues.
• Hardware & OS: 2+ years installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop hardware, Windows 10/11, Chrome boxes, and peripherals (scanners, network printers).

3. Operations & Support

• ServiceNow: 2+ years managing, triaging, and escalating tickets within ServiceNow.
• Peripherals & Specialized Equipment: Ability to learn and support specialized operational equipment (lobby management software, A/V systems, video conferencing, camera equipment).

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Mandate: Professional certification is REQUIRED (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Cloud+, or equivalent). You must be able to provide a copy of your certification upon submission.
• Education & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science + 3 years of related IT support experience OR
  • Associate/Vocational degree + 5 years of related IT support experience.
