Brighterway is a claims intelligence platform focused on optimizing outcomes in the workers’ compensation ecosystem. They are seeking a Sales Associate to assist with outbound outreach, research new opportunities, and support the founding team in building customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Research potential customers, partners, and new market opportunities
- Support outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Help qualify inbound interest and route opportunities to the right people
- Assist with preparing outreach materials, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and in-person events (travel required at times)
- Help identify patterns in customer conversations and surface new product or sales ideas
- Work closely with founders and senior team members on real deals and experiments
