Boyu Capital is a China-focused investment firm specializing in long-term, value-driven investments across key sectors in the region. The Director of Product Management is responsible for defining and driving product vision and strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and driving product vision and strategy across Boyu Capital’s internal platforms and client-facing solutions
- Overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market analysis, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and prioritization of features aligned with business and user needs
- Collaborating with investment professionals, technology teams, and other stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
- Leading cross-functional product discussions, setting success metrics, reviewing product performance, and refining product plans based on data and feedback
- Mentoring product managers, improving product processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements:
- Strong product strategy and product management skills, with demonstrated experience owning product vision and roadmap in a complex environment
- Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and make evidence-based product decisions
- Proven team leadership and project management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working with technology and investment teams, preferably in financial services, asset management, or related industries
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of delivering impactful digital products or platforms in a remote or distributed work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
- Familiarity with China-focused markets or regional investment practices is beneficial but not required
