Vice President of Product Management

Finamics Capital LLP is a boutique financial advisory and capital arrangement firm focused on structured funding solutions for real estate developers and infrastructure projects. The Vice President of Product Management is responsible for defining and driving the product vision and roadmap, overseeing the lifecycle of financial products, and collaborating with various teams to enhance client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and driving the product vision and roadmap for Finamics Capital’s advisory and capital arrangement offerings
• Overseeing the lifecycle of financial products and solutions, from market research and concept development to launch and refinement
• Ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating closely with leadership, advisory teams, and technology partners to design structured funding products, standardize processes, and enhance client experience
• Prioritizing initiatives, leading cross-functional projects, analyzing product performance, and ensuring timely delivery of enhancements
• Mentoring team members, establishing best practices in product management, and contributing to strategic business planning

Requirements:

• Product leadership skills, including strong experience in Product Management and Product Strategy for financial or advisory services
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, financial models, and product performance metrics for decision-making
• Proven Team Leadership capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring product professionals
• Solid Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor product initiatives across multiple stakeholders
• Extensive experience in financial services, capital markets, or structured finance
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Comfort with using digital tools for product management, data analysis, and remote collaboration
• Background in real estate or infrastructure funding is an advantage
• A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, PMP) are beneficial
