Russell Tobin is a company seeking a Marketing Producer who will drive outcomes for content creation and production projects. The role involves contributing to long-term strategy development, managing relationships with internal and external teams, and fostering an inclusive environment while overseeing complex content projects.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the roadmap for the project, including developing and incorporating innovative solutions to complex problems. Suggest different creative production techniques to solve execution problems without compromising objectives or excellence
- Evaluate third-party resources and build and manage relationships with third-party agencies and other partners. Manage relationships with internal teams, other platform resources and external resources, and evaluate creative and production proposals
- Drive complex content creation projects and one or more content creation teams. Devise creative solutions, bring them from conception to launch
- Influence work groups or other teams and project outcome by defining strategy for production of creative content and leading development of style, processes, or templates
- Drive creative and technical vision for creative content to align with vision, conduct interviews and screenings across disciplines, and direct creative and technical changes across disciplines for optimal project development
Requirements:
- Expertise related to content and media design, development, writing, production (including pre-production, physical production, and post-production), publishing, and operations
- Ability to generate ideas to solve product, design, or production problems of high complexity and scope with multiple approaches
- Experience influencing and collaborating across technical and production teams
- Strong relationship-building skills internally and externally
- Ability to develop and enhance production plans and strategies
- Experience driving technical and creative visions
- Ability to create compelling stories
