AI Adoption Lead

Role: AI Adoption Lead

Location: McLean, VA
Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite

Candidate should be able to:

1. Able to build AI adoption strategy.
2. Define and own the AI adoption roadmap across program with timelines and milestones.
3. Identify high-impact AI use cases & develop prioritized capability backlog in collaboration with executive stakeholders & workstream owners.
4. Maintain alignment with client's enterprise AI governance framework & risk policies.
5. Lead the implementation of AI tools to accelerate program delivery.
6. Partner with implementation teams to embed AI-assisted code reviews, transformation logic validation, and automated testing into sprint cycles.
7. Develop and operationalize AI-powered dashboards.
8. Design and execute AI adoption change management plan, including communication cadences & training.
9. Facilitate AI literacy workshops and demos, review user guides, prepare executive briefing materials.
10. Define, track AI adoption KPIs, produce timely AI adoption scorecards, and conduct retrospectives
