About this role
Litify is a leading company in legal technology, providing an all-in-one legal operating solution for law firms and legal departments. They are seeking a Salesforce Software Developer to focus on writing clean and scalable code within the Salesforce ecosystem, contributing to the design and implementation of data-driven applications.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on developing in the Salesforce ecosystem and write scalable and maintainable frontend Javascript and backend Apex
- Write high quality code with test coverage that accounts for both positive and negative test cases
- Collaborate with the rest of the team in meetings, contributing ideas to help better the codebase, processes, and overall product
- Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI coding agents) to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and streamline day-to-day workflows
- Be able to adapt to a fast-paced startup culture
- Be able to understand the application of the Salesforce platform to the Legal Industry
- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge bases
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with full stack development
- A drive to continue to improve your skill set and take on more challenging projects
- 3+ years experience working in a Salesforce environment using LWC, Apex, General Security Practices
- A willingness to help educate and grow teammates
- An ability to effectively communicate with peers in Engineering and Product
- A growth mindset toward AI-assisted development, with enthusiasm for adopting AI tools to boost velocity and continuously improve engineering workflows
- Node.js experience
- Serverless architecture on AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3)
- Salesforce certifications
- Containerized applications
- CI/CD experience
