Lahzo is a company focused on helping businesses with complex sales cycles grow revenue through AI-powered sales agents. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate pipeline and qualify opportunities within various verticals, acting as the first point of contact with prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to C-level and VP-level prospects
- Manage daily cadences across email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
- Qualify inbound interest from ABM and AI-generated leads
- Use AI tools and market data to personalize outreach by industry and use case
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure seamless handoff to AEs
- Track touchpoints, conversion rates, and meeting outcomes
Requirements:
- Coachable, persistent, data-driven, and unafraid of the phone
- Eager to knock on doors & meet prospects in person
- Strong writing skills and natural curiosity about AI and sales tech
- Comfortable using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- You think like an experimenter — everything can be optimized
- Fluency in modern AI tools and demonstrated use of these tools in your work
- Experience selling to non-automotive dealerships preferred
- 1–3 years in B2B SaaS SDR or BDR role (outbound focus preferred)
