Responsibilities:
- Supporting patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers with their medical supply needs
- Handles inbound and outbound calls
- Responds to emails
- Assists customers with orders, product information, insurance verification, and benefit questions
- Ensures accurate data entry
- Updates account information
- Follows company procedures to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborates with internal teams to coordinate deliveries
- Troubleshoots problems
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction
- Requires consistent adherence to privacy regulations
- Attention to detail
- Strong commitment to a positive customer experience in a remote work environment
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess strong customer service and customer support skills, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
- Candidates should possess skills in customer experience and customer satisfaction, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and follow through on commitments
- Candidates should possess the ability to work effectively in a Customer Service Representative role, including handling multiple inquiries, documenting interactions, and following standardized processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and the ability to explain complex information in understandable terms
- Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access, time management skills, and proficiency with call center or CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, medical supplies, or a call center environment is beneficial
- Additional education or training in healthcare, business, or customer service is a plus
