Location: Mckinney, TX (4 Days onsite)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our Data & Business Intelligence (BI) team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, tracking resource capacity, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of data and BI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple Data & BI projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across Data and BI teams.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive timely follow-ups.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address bottlenecks.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.
- Support governance processes and help improve project management best practices.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience managing Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence projects.
- Strong understanding of project planning, dependency management, and resource/capacity planning.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Strong reporting and dashboarding skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) is desirable.
