BECU is a financial institution committed to serving its members and communities. As a Marketing Manager, Automation, you will deliver personalized, data-driven experiences and manage automated marketing campaigns that engage members effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Delivery: You’ll support and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, and social—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business goals
- Automation & Journey Building: You’ll design and manage automated marketing journeys, including decision splits, workflows, and triggered communications that create seamless member experiences
- Marketing Technology Management: You’ll work within platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other automation tools to build, deploy, and optimize campaigns and templates
- Testing & Quality Assurance: You’ll lead QA efforts on campaigns and journeys, ensuring every communication is error-free, functional, and ready for delivery
- Process Optimization: You’ll build and refine marketing processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across campaigns
- Project Coordination: You’ll help develop marketing plans, draft project briefs, manage timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep initiatives on track
- Data & Performance Insights: You’ll analyze campaign performance using established metrics, providing insights that improve future automation and targeting strategies
- Stakeholder Collaboration: You’ll partner with marketing teams, data engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into automated solutions
- Vendor & Partner Management: You’ll communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution
- Budget & Logistics Support: You’ll assist with tracking budgets, managing project logistics, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing technology initiatives with a demonstrated focus on email and journey delivery required
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Stensul, Hubspot, or equivalent tools/software required
- Strong ability to translate technical jargon into business needs
- Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate
- Exceptional planning, project management and data analytics skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively while being willing and able to execute tactics
- Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary
