The AVP – Business Development role focuses on opening new accounts and managing client relationships within the manufacturing segment, requiring collaboration with various teams to cultivate business growth and deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for opening new accounts /Logos for BPM Services
- Work closely with IL & BPM CSG leadership, Account Manager’s to create an account plan, business development focused POV’s working with Sales and Solutions leads
- Farming of designated Accounts
- Attracting new clients by innovating and leading the Sales conversations process for the business
- Taking ownership on working on Client POV’s for F&A, Supply chain, Procurement, HRO working with Sales & Solutions leads customized for client requirements
- Working with senior Sales & CSG leaders to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offering solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
- If a master's degree has been completed, then a minimum of 11 years' experience related to the job description is required
