Lead and manage a portfolio of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational and client strategic objectives.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to Program Managers and Project Managers to build a high-performing delivery organization.
Establish and maintain portfolio governance, project management standards, and best practices.
Prioritize projects based on business value, resource availability, and organizational priorities.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution across multiple initiatives.
Monitor portfolio performance, project health, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address project risks, issues, and escalations.
Manage portfolio financials, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, utilization, backlog management, profitability, and margin improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, clients, business partners, engineering teams, and cross-functional organizations.
Facilitate portfolio reviews, governance meetings, financial reviews, and executive status reporting.
Create executive dashboards and performance reports that provide visibility into portfolio health, financial performance, resource utilization, and project delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, governance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization and provide regular updates to executive leadership and clients.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
10+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
5+ years managing large, complex, cross-functional IT or infrastructure programs within a Professional Services or Managed Services environment.
Demonstrated experience leading teams of Program Managers and Project Managers.
