What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll be the bridge between customers, crews, and our production team — taking ownership of each project from start to finish and making sure every detail is handled with precision and care.
- Conduct pre-installation inspections to verify job readiness, confirm project scope, and ensure all materials and site conditions are prepared for installation.
- Coordinate installation schedules by ensuring crews, subcontractors, and materials arrive on time and projects stay on track
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the construction process, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns.
- Perform final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure quality standards are met, address punch list items, and confirm customer satisfaction.
- Collect final payments and complete all required project closeout documentation.
- Monitor project progress, resolve field issues quickly, and coordinate with production, sales, vendors, and installation teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Maintain accurate project records, including job notes, photos, change orders, and customer communications, while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience from start to finish.
What You Bring
- A valid driver's license and comfort driving between job sites
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A positive attitude and the confidence to lead
- Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and project management tools
- Experience in construction, project coordination, or remodeling is a plus — but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you
