They are seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee sales and profitability in the national territory, focusing on developing a sales strategy that drives profit growth and maximizes customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a national territory and account plans to develop retail clients, financial institutions, financial and retail integrators, armored car providers, and OEMs
- Drive sales development through in person and remote calls with clients weekly
- Drive revenue through Safe Locks hardware and software sales
- Attend and support tradeshow efforts to expand end user demand sales funnel
- Collaborate with dormakaba sales team to drive towards team financial targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience selling to retailers
- Experience dealing in complex solution sales cycles to recognize recurring revenue and long-term contracts
- Territory travel up to 70% (including training, business meetings, and trade shows)
- 5+ years of industry experience in retail sales, financial institution sales, armored car solutions
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software (Pipedrive)
