Product Manager

ALKEME Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join their team. The Product Manager will manage the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
• Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product releases
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
