RAS is looking to hire a Business Development Manager for the Minnesota/Wisconsin territory. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving profitable growth objectives and driving the expansion of the Workers’ Compensation portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving profitable growth objectives across the Minnesota and Wisconsin territory
- Driving the expansion of the Workers’ Compensation portfolio by developing new agency partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and building a strong network of professional business contacts
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute tactical business plans that support long-term territory strategies and growth goals
Requirements:
- Five or more years of previous insurance underwriting, marketing/business development, sales, workers' compensation insurance experience, or other related experience required
- Strong influencing, sales and presentation skills
- Proven decision making and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven collaboration skills
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid drivers' license required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
