Junior Finance Operations Analyst

Spotter Labs is seeking a Junior Finance Operations Analyst to support their day-to-day finance operations. The role involves maintaining organized financial records, processing expenses, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily finance operations and administrative finance tasks
• Process and review accounts payable, expenses, and financial transactions
• Reconcile expense reports and maintain accurate financial records
• Monitor and manage corporate card transactions
• Prepare and update reports using Excel or Google Sheets
• Assist with month-end finance processes and reconciliations
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation across all finance processes
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency
• Provide reliable follow-through on assigned tasks and meet deadlines
