They are seeking a remote Business Development Representative to identify and engage prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and set high-quality meetings for their Associate Director.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, Research & Qualify Prospective Clients Aligned to the Company's Services & Mission
- Initiate Outreach via Email, Phone & Social Media to Generate New Business Opportunities
- Engage Prospects in Meaningful Conversations to Understand Their Needs & Assess Fit
- Schedule & Coordinate Meetings Between Qualified Prospects and the Associate Director
- Maintain Accurate, Up-to-Date Records of Outreach Activity & Pipeline Progress (CRM Management)
- Collaborate with Internal Team Members to Refine Messaging & Improve Outreach Strategy
- Monitor Market Trends & Emerging Opportunities Within the Biotherapeutics Space
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills, with the Ability to Learn Complex Ideas
- Highly Organized with Excellent Time Management & Attention to Detail
- Demonstrated Self-Motivation and a Results-Driven Mindset
- Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced, Evolving Environment
- Good Internet and Phone Reception (Remote Role)
- Educational Background in Life Sciences
- Ability to Quickly Learn Technical Concepts Related to Biotherapeutics & Communicate Value Effectively
- Previous Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
- Proficient in CRM
