Federal Project Manager

Raymond is a progressive architecture and engineering consulting firm serving federal government, defense, higher education, healthcare, commercial, and other market sectors. The Federal Project Manager will oversee the scoping, pricing, quality management, resource scheduling, and final delivery of multiple task orders on federal A/E IDIQ contracts while leading multidisciplinary design teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• A Federal Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the scoping, pricing, quality management, resource scheduling, and final delivery of multiple task orders on Architecture & Engineering Indefinite Duration, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts awarded by the United States Federal Government
• The right individual will have direct federal project and contract management experience in leading multi-disciplinary A/E design teams (with subcontractors), working for the Department of Defense

Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, Construction Manager, or Project Management Professional
• 10+ Years experience managing A/E IDIQ design projects and task orders
• 10+ years experience working and leading contracts for the United States federal government
• Able to travel up to 25%
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid Driver's License
• Bachelor's Degree, required
• PE, RA or PMP, required
• Great communication skills
• Great organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Microsoft Office products
• 5+ years working with either USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, or Dept. of Veterans Affairs on A/E design contracts
