D24 Search is the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families on a mission to make healthcare work for all of us. They are seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered healthcare experiences, driving strategy and execution to enhance user engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Own the core member experience surfaces — homepage, conversational AI, and community — defining how AI transforms healthcare delivery for millions of members
- Build and run a high-velocity experimentation engine: form hypotheses, ship tests, read results honestly, and compound learnings week over week
- Define the metrics that matter, instrument them, and use them to drive decisions from first visit through activation and retention
- Partner closely with the AI Platform team and Engineering to stand up new AI-powered features, processes, and implementations that improve the member experience
- Bring a strong point of view on how AI changes what we build for members and how fast we build it — and put it to work in your own workflow daily
- Go deep on engagement data: where members activate, where they drop off, and where the experience is or isn't working
- Build close partnerships with Clinical Product and cross-functional teams to ensure the experience serves members effectively across every program
Requirements:
- 10+ years in product management building consumer-facing products
- Has shipped consumer-facing AI/LLM-powered products to production (not prototypes/demos)
- Currently a hands-on IC — has NOT been a people-manager for more than ~1 year
- Uses AI tools in their own day-to-day PM workflow (agentic workflows, automating PM/GM tasks)
- Experience building conversational AI products (ideal — the product itself is conversational AI)
- Hands-on daily use of AI tools in PM workflow (not just Copilot)
- Able to work Quarterly on sites in SF, NYC, or Seattle; no visa sponsorship
- Background outside of health tech is preferred
- Mix of high-growth startup + big-tech experience is ideal
