Senior Business Systems Analyst - AI & Transformation

They are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – AI + Transformation to analyze business processes and drive innovative solutions that improve efficiency and scalability. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to identify pain points and recommend solutions while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and responsible AI adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes across Go-to-Market functions and Enterprise Applications & Data to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and scale
• Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points, define desired outcomes, and recommend solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify practical applications that improve efficiency, decision-making, and user experience
• Translate business needs into recommendations, requirements, process improvements, and implementation plans
• Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams to align priorities and drive execution
• Support foundational architecture initiatives by helping define scalable processes, governance, and operating models
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and responsible AI adoption

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Product Operations, Process Improvement, or a related field
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels
• Proven ability to analyze business processes and drive operational improvements
• Technically curious with a demonstrated interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
• Regularly experiments with new tools and capabilities and stays current on industry trends
• Experience working in Agile environments and partnering with both business and technical teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
