As a Team Member in the TFE Business Process Management Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective management of tractor and farm equipment financing processes. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, analyzing data, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. • Provide administrative support to the TFE team, including document management, data entry, and report preparation.
• Assist in data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with the TFE team to develop and implement efficient business processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of tractor and farm equipment financing applications.
• Maintain records and databases related to TFE financing activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to gather and share relevant information.
• Support the TFE team in preparing presentations and reports for management and clients.
• Assist in conducting market research and gathering industry insights.
• Participate in process optimization projects to enhance overall efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure data security.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
