Business Process Automation Analyst - California Department of Public Health

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Business Process Automation Analyst for an active RFP opportunity with the California Department of Public Health. The role involves providing SaaS/data management support for regulatory licensure and compliance workflows, focusing on workflow automation, compliance reporting, and system integration.

Responsibilities:

• Document existing processes, design improved digital workflows, coordinate stakeholders, and support adoption readiness
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness

Requirements:

• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements
