About this role
Investigo is seeking a hands-on AI Product Owner to lead product strategy and market adoption for a new AI-native platform. The role involves working directly with the CEO, engineers, and customers to shape the product and rapidly bring solutions to market.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy
- Partner directly with founders, customers, and engineering teams to define product priorities
- Translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements and AI-powered solutions
- Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead customer discovery, user research, and market validation efforts
- Define success metrics and make data-driven product decisions
- Rapidly prototype and test ideas using modern AI tools and workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver high-impact product releases
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the product
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle
Requirements:
- Product Manager / Product Owner experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Experience working across startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology companies
- Strong understanding of AI/LLMs and modern AI product development
- Experience defining product strategy and delivering products from concept to launch
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on mentality with a willingness to experiment and iterate quickly
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Dynamics, or adjacent enterprise systems
- Experience building AI-native products or integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft AI, or similar technologies
- Background in workflow automation, process mining, task mining, productivity software, or enterprise applications
- Technical fluency that enables effective collaboration with architects and engineers
- Experience working with AI-assisted development, rapid prototyping, AI-generated PRDs, and modern product workflows
