Qcells North America is expanding its Residential Business Office and is seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance relationships with residential solar installers in the Southeast Region. The role focuses on driving growth through innovative financing solutions and managing partnerships with installers.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for installer leadership
- Drive adoption of TPO and other finance products
- Support PV module and ESS solutions sales
- Educate partners on pricing, incentives, and new product offerings
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners
- Build long-term growth plans with installer leadership
- Identify opportunities to deepen partner relationships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or account management
- Experience in residential solar, renewable energy, financing, or related industries
- Strong relationship management and consultative sales skills
- Ability to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Travel may be required up to 50%, depending on business need
- Residential solar financing experience (TPO focus)
- Knowledge of residential PV and ESS systems
