Hamilton Beach Brands is a leading designer, marketer, and distributor of innovative household and commercial appliances. The Manager, Amazon Marketing Strategy & Growth will develop and execute strategies to drive qualified traffic and customer acquisition across Amazon, optimizing a multi-million-dollar advertising investment.
Responsibilities:
- Own Amazon traffic and media strategy across Sponsored Ads, DSP and AMC. Partners with Head of Advertising on emerging channels
- Manage Amazon media budget, with testing-based proposals to expand funding
- Lead continuous experimentation (DSP, streaming, display, creator-led traffic, AMC, emerging traffic sources) alone and in partnership with other stakeholders
- Develop traffic plans tied to launches, promotions, and long-range business planning
- Build business cases, incrementality frameworks, and performance narratives
- Evaluate and apply AI, AEO, and automation tools to accelerate insight generation, improve targeting decisions, and increase traffic efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, Amazon advertising, or e-commerce growth role
- Direct experience overseeing Amazon Advertising, Amazon DSP and managing AMC
- Strong fluency in data analysis, KPIs, attribution, and business case development
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar media budgets
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Agencies
- Experience using Amazon Marketing Cloud for audience development, analytics and performance measurement
