Omni Business Solutions Inc. is a global digital transformation and services company. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building a sales pipeline, cultivating new business opportunities, and managing client relationships to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new business and upgrading existing clients
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Complete customer requirements analysis
- Identify pain points for all accounts
- Communicate with technology partners
- Obtain and exceed assigned quota
- Prepare and update business plan
- Proficient understanding and utilization of sales reporting
- Manage your territory
- Follow described sales processes
- Ensure & submit proper, accurate, timely and complete sales and service orders
- Provide product/services demonstrations and presentations on-line/on premise
- Oversee proper implementation and ‘hand-off’ of client from sales to services
- Ensure appropriate level of industry and competitive knowledge
- Effectively respond to opportunities and Request for Proposals/Information (RFP/I)
- Attend and successfully complete training requirements
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Valid Passport
- Bachelor's degree required
- In lieu of Bachelor's degree, may accept four (4) years of equivalent Technology Solutions Sales experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in Technology Solutions Sales related to at least eight our solutions and services
- Minimum of five years of experience in managing an open territory to drive new sales
- Minimum of five years of experience C-Level Relationship Building
- Understanding of sales skills and techniques
- Complex solution selling
- Minimum of four Sales/Technical Certifications

- Business Development / Pre-Sales (Sales and Technical)
- Ability to perform without direct supervision
- Provide professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levels
- Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.) a must!
- Readiness to travel per client and opportunity demand
- English language fluency
