Modivcare is a service-oriented company focused on improving people’s lives. They are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of complex product strategies, overseeing multiple products and ensuring their commercial success while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Owns accountability for the overall team and product success
- Defines and shares product vision, aligned with the goals of the business and is accountable to business leaders. Defines business value & OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
- Defines and executes product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs

- Crafts and implements a comprehensive strategic plan that encompasses market trends, competitive analysis, and innovation opportunities
- Mentors and guides Product Managers in strategic thinking and execution, fostering a strategic mindset across the product team
- Utilizes data analytics tools and platforms to analyze product performance and user behavior
- Generates insights and recommendations to optimize product features, user acquisition, and engagement
- Defines success metrics to measure feature effectiveness
- Leads the evaluation of product performance across a broader portfolio or more complex products, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth
- Guides Product Managers in setting and achieving performance goals, leveraging deep insights to drive strategic improvements
- Advocates for investments in areas with the highest impact on performance and aligns initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Manages relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, to align product strategy with business goals
- Drives consensus and resolves conflicts among stakeholders with competing priorities, ensuring strategic alignment and buy-in for product initiatives
- Monitors product performance post-launch and iterates based on user feedback
- Maintains deep understanding of the competitive landscape and the needs of the target market, and using this knowledge to inform product development decisions
- Communicates regularly with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams to gather feedback, pain points, opportunities, and incorporates it into the prioritized feature backlog and roadmap
- Conducts competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities
- Identifies business opportunities through direct engagement with clients, other external stakeholders, and market research
- Leads and designs user research studies

- Exhibits mastery in leading comprehensive market research initiatives that drive strategic product decisions. Has a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive landscapes
- Utilizes advanced analytical skills to interpret market data, forecast future trends, and identify new opportunities for innovation and growth
- Leads in-depth customer research and analysis to uncover deeper insights into customer behavior and trends
- Advocates for customer needs in strategic discussions, ensuring that product decisions across multiple products or a product line align with delivering superior customer value and experience
- Guides Product Managers in developing a customer-centric approach to product development
- Supports the development of User Personas based on market research and customer feedback
- Champions user-centered design approach, collaborating with design teams to create intuitive and seamless user experiences
- Works with the team to find the best solution option based on tradeoffs
- Creates and maintains Product backlog, including epics and feature level decomposition for sprint planning
- Prioritizes Epics and features from backlog to be delivered
- Takes a high-level approach to roadmap planning, incorporating market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights into strategic roadmap decisions
- Leads the prioritization of initiatives to drive product growth and innovation
- Mentors Product Managers on effective roadmap planning and adjustment strategies. Works across multiple products or product lines, ensuring coherence in strategic direction
- Fosters strong relationships with stakeholders and serves as a point of contact for product-related discussions and decision-making
- Drives product development process using Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
- Participate in key sprint events, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review/demos
- Oversees and refines go-to-market strategies across multiple products or product lines, ensuring that plans are strategically aligned with market opportunities and business goals
- Provides guidance and support to Product Managers in their go-to-market activities, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning
- Analyzes market feedback post-launch to inform future strategy adjustments and product iterations
- Develops go-to-market strategies
- Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and customer success
- Elevates cross-functional collaboration by aligning multiple teams and departments around strategic initiatives and product goals
- Mentors Product Managers in navigating organizational dynamics and building effective relationships across functions
- Drives consensus and action towards shared objectives, leveraging deep product knowledge and strategic insight
- Provides Suggestions to improve policies and procedures
- Takes a strategic approach to risk management, considering long-term risks affecting the product line or portfolio, such as changes in market dynamics, regulatory challenges, and technological advancements
- Leads the development of comprehensive risk mitigation plans and advises on risk management best practices
- Guides Product Managers in identifying and addressing risks at the product level
- May Lead projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ten (10) plus years product management, consumer, or enterprise-level product management
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, AHA, Amplitude and/or Tableau tools required
- Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, competitors, and market dynamics
- Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies. Scrum / agile certification a plus
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability manage product functionality prioritization and handle complex problems with minimal supervision
- Metrics-oriented and customer focused, with presentation skills across stakeholder group across executive team, business leadership and product development teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams
- Ability to write decompose product capabilities functional specifications into logical groupings (e.g. epics, features, user stories)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required
