R.O. Whitesell is seeking an energetic and personable Account Manager/Sales Engineer to join their team. This role involves utilizing a technical background to solve problems and introduce solutions to customers, while also engaging in strategic sales and marketing planning.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your technical background/education in a customer facing role
- Use your technical problem solving skills to introduce component and assembly hardware solutions to end customers across a wide range of markets
- Regularly travel within territory (State of Wisconsin) to interface with customer engineering, procurement and commodity management contacts
- Strategic sales and marketing planning for long term growth
- Collaborative planning with our manufacturers, customers, and channel supply partners
- Current customer support and new product development
- Development of new, strategic customers
- Support of new product introductions / designs
- Support of our manufacturers and our customer engineering, procurement, and quality in new product development
- CRM utilization

- BS Degree in engineering is preferred however candidates with a 4-year degree will be considered
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
