Product Manager, Pro Fulfillment

Thumbtack is an app that helps people care for and improve their homes by connecting them with local service businesses. The Product Manager, Pro Fulfillment will define product vision, develop business and product cases, and lead high-impact initiatives that improve experiences for homeowners and home service professionals. The role also involves using customer insights, product metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive execution and scale successful products.

Responsibilities:

• Transform a vague, ambitious idea into a compelling business and product case, secure resources, and lead execution with clear success criteria
• Champion deep learnings and insights as a core metric, valuing them alongside traditional metrics to fuel smarter, more innovative product decisions
• Drive a high-impact initiative from seed to scale, ensuring sustained focus by thoughtfully sunsetting or culling initiatives that do not meet success criteria

Requirements:
