Hopscotch Primary Care is on a mission to transform healthcare in rural America by providing high-quality primary care tailored to meet the needs of patients. The Manager of Product Management will develop a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, own the product roadmap, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own product roadmap and outcomes. You will be accountable for measurable impact on clinical quality, patient experience, and business performance
- Track and interpret key trends in value-based care, healthcare policy, and market dynamics to inform product prioritization and solutions
- Own stakeholder and user research, utilizing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions, pilots and product iterations
- Define and own success metrics (product, operational, and pilot KPIs) in partnership with analytics and stakeholders, using data to guide decisions post-launch
- Make and communicate tradeoff decisions, balancing user needs, business value, effort and scalability
- Partner closely with engineering to explore solutions, collaborate in agile meetings, write technical specs and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
- Communicate complex concepts effectively, both written and verbally, to audiences ranging from care team staff to executive leadership
- Coach product managers, setting standards for strong product craft, execution, and ownership across the team

- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness to travel as business needs require (10% of the time)
