GenScript is a biotechnology company that accelerates innovation in biotech and healthcare. They are seeking talented professionals to join their Global Product Management and Marketing Talent Community to support their global product portfolio and commercial growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support lifecycle management of GenScript’s global product and service portfolio
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies and product positioning
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Operations, and regional marketing teams
- Support product launches, campaigns, and commercialization initiatives
- Develop marketing collateral, technical content, and sales enablement tools
- Monitor product performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
- Support global brand and product awareness through digital and traditional marketing channels
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in product management, product marketing, or marketing roles
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
- Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, or CDMO industry
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD)
- Experience supporting technical or scientific product portfolios
- Having some technical background is also a plus
- Experience with global product launches or commercialization initiatives
