Boomi is a fast-growing data activation company that powers the agentic enterprise by bringing data to life across businesses. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Data Management, you will own the marketing strategy for Boomi's data management capabilities, collaborating with product management and supporting analyst relations to enhance Boomi's market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sharp, differentiated messaging and positioning for Boomi Data Management that resonates with buyers and stands out in a crowded market
- Lead and execute the marketing strategy for data management, working closely with product management on launches and serving as the voice of the buyer to help shape roadmap decisions
- Support Boomi's analyst relations program for data management - leading briefings and inquiries, and driving product and marketing sections of analyst report submissions
- Produce high-quality content across the full funnel: case studies, white papers, solution briefs, demos, blog posts, and competitive battlecards
- Partner with sales to build and deliver enablement materials that help teams win in competitive deals
- Collaborate with the marketing programs team to design and execute programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and product adoption
- Track and analyze marketing performance, continuously refining strategies based on data and market feedback
- Monitor industry trends to keep Boomi's positioning sharp and relevant
- Represent Boomi as a subject matter expert at customer events, conferences, and webinars
- Contribute to an exceptional product trial experience that converts interest into adoption
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, with most spent marketing data management solutions at a data management vendor or a platform company with strong data management capabilities, this domain expertise is essential
- Must have experience creating positioning and messaging for the Office of the Chief Data Officer
- Proven track record of doing analyst briefings and driving submissions for major industry analyst reports (Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable impact on pipeline and adoption
- Exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for both technical and business audiences
- Experience presenting at customer-facing events, webinars, or industry conferences as a subject matter expert
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn market data into actionable strategy
- Collaborative by nature, with experience working cross-functionally across product, sales, and customer success
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong preference for candidates with experience engaging directly with analysts covering data management, data intelligence, or real-time data platforms
- Familiarity with agentic AI trends and how they intersect with the data management landscape
