Impakt is a producer and distributor of gaming accessories and consumer electronics, operating in over 40 countries. They are seeking an International Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies, enter new markets, and manage partnerships with distributors.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing strategy – developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for international markets
- Entering new markets – planning and executing end-to-end go-to-market processes for new countries
- Market analysis – researching the specifics of foreign markets and adapting activities to local conditions and culture
- Marketing channels – designing and selecting effective channels (digital, trade marketing, local partners)
- Partner collaboration – managing cooperation with international distributors and business partners
- Events and campaigns – planning and executing large-scale marketing campaigns and industry events
- Performance optimization – monitoring results and optimizing activities based on data
- Strategic responsibility – taking ownership of international marketing performance and results
Requirements:
- International experience – experience managing marketing activities across multiple markets simultaneously
- International expansion – hands-on experience in executing go-to-market projects
- Market knowledge – strong understanding of market dynamics and cultural differences between countries
- Strategic thinking – ability to work with data and optimize marketing activities accordingly
- Marketing tools – knowledge of available marketing tools and the ability to select the right ones effectively
- Partner collaboration – experience working with distributors or business partners
- Events – experience organizing large-scale events and marketing campaigns
- Creativity – ability to develop unconventional and effective marketing solutions
- Foreign languages – English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, enabling fluent business communication
- Industry experience – experience in marketing within the gaming, electronics, IT, or electrical industry
- Additional languages – knowledge of other foreign languages supporting activities in local markets
