The role involves leading Duck Creek Billing projects, coordinating with clients and teams, and mentoring junior members while ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with client SME team and provide solutions
• Coordinate with Customer teams to understand requirements provide inputs to design
• Detail out design of services and integration with peripheral Application services
• Provide inputs to the clients in identifying key technical risks and mitigation plan for the same
• Help team in effort estimation and planning
• Mentor guide team in offshore
