Responsibilities:
- Provide Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Technical Support Services for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program Golden Field Office (GFO) Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Provision: BIL Provision 40552 as part of a Federal Government Small Business Set Aside Proposal to provide Support Services Under The DOE-Wide National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) BPA OBO The U.S. Department of Energy | DOE Golden Field Office (GFO) Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Technical Support Services for the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Technical Support Services Under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Provision: BIL Provision 40552 and as part of ProSidian's Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Environmental Services Solutions and related Services | Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment - Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment (EIE) Sector Group: Tailored Solutions To Meet Global Needs And Manage Resources across Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment In A Changing Environment
- In this critical role, the Project Manager will lead the planning, organization, and supervision of environmental analysis processes. This includes providing strategic direction, overseeing quality assurance, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Project Manager will coordinate with internal staff and external teaming partners, allocating resources effectively for seamless collaboration. With a keen eye on quality, the Project Manager will implement rigorous quality assurance processes, guaranteeing the accuracy and compliance of environmental analysis documents. Additionally, this position involves proactively managing project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing clear guidance to the team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving the success of complex environmental projects, making a substantial impact within the NEPA team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 10 years of experience in environmental analysis and documentation
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Substitution possible with relevant experience and education: Master's degree (MA/MS) and 8 years of experience
- Doctorate degree and 6 years of experience
- Leadership skills to lead multidisciplinary teams
