Project Manager

Accel Bi Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead a large-scale healthcare transformation program. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all Design, Development, and Implementation activities to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across Design, Development, and Implementation phases
• Track critical milestones, including environment setup, data ingestion, migration activities, testing, training, and go-live readiness
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with established governance, PMO, and change management processes
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive reviews, and project steering committees
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technical, cloud, and data management resources
• Drive Agile or Hybrid delivery practices to ensure predictable and successful outcomes

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience managing enterprise technology initiatives
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading cloud, data platform, data migration, or analytics programs
• Proven experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and vendor relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management experience
• Experience with Medicaid, Healthcare, Public Health, or Government programs
• Experience managing large-scale data migration or cloud modernization initiatives
• Familiarity with PMO governance frameworks, change control processes, and enterprise delivery standards
