Skyrocket Studios Global is a digital agency focused on improving workflows and collaboration. They are seeking a Project Management Officer to support the execution of internal projects, ensuring they are organized, on track, and aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage internal operations projects from kickoff through completion
- Develop timelines, tasks, and milestones using ClickUp
- Track project progress, manage risks, and adjust plans to maintain delivery timelines
- Ensure projects stay within scope and align with internal operational objectives
- Work closely with department heads to align on project goals, deliverables, and expectations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum and alignment
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure transparency and accountability
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions to improve operational processes
- Lead initiatives that streamline project workflows and team collaboration
- Support the implementation of standardized project management practices across departments
- Maintain organized project documentation including status reports, risk logs, and post-project summaries
- Provide regular updates to the Head of PMO on project status, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure all documentation remains accurate and accessible for stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources, timelines, and project priorities
- Assist with resource allocation and scheduling across departments
- Monitor budgets and help ensure projects are delivered cost-effectively
- Contribute to internal missions and continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the development of processes, systems, workflows, and operational improvements that enhance team efficiency and overall business operations
- Explore and apply AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies where appropriate to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support smarter ways of working across the organization
- Participate in cross-functional mission projects and initiatives that drive innovation, operational excellence, and scalable solutions for the company

- Familiarity with agile or structured project management methodologies
