Opportune is a Digital & Physical Design Collective seeking a Project Management Intern to join their In-House Studio team. The internship focuses on real client work, where the intern will coordinate digital projects, support timeline management, and receive mentorship from experienced project managers.
Responsibilities:
- Help maintain project documentation and communication channels across client projects
- Support the creation and updates of project timelines and schedules with guidance
- Participate in client and team meetings, taking and distributing professional notes
- Track project milestones and deliverables to support successful delivery
- Assist with task assignment and learn resource allocation strategies
- Apply project management methodologies in real-world client scenarios
Requirements:
- Currently studying Project Management, Business Administration, Design Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
- 1 year of experience or a prior project management internship
- Familiarity with ClickUp
- Basic understanding of digital design and development processes
